Tony Romo, the Dallas Cowboys football star, and Candice Crawford announced that they became engaged on Thursday, Candice's birthday. Her family was reportedly present at the birthday bash held for Candice, who turned 24 and they ate at Wolfgang Puck's Five Sixty restaurant located in Candice's hometown of Dallas, Texas.
